Q: I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

  • If you are logging in as a Champion, make sure the login page you are trying to log in from mentions "Champion Access"

  • If you are logging in as a Mentor/Mentee, make sure the login page you are trying to log in from mentions "Participant Access"

  • If you are seeing an error message that says "Something went wrong. Please try to clear your browser cache/cookies" then clear/remove cookies/cache for the Art of Mentoring site/domains (aomapps.com) via your web browser and then retry
  • If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password. 
  • If you are seeing any other error messages, please contact our support team and they will gladly assist you.
